This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury residence has been thoughtfully designed with the Madison tourist in mind. Enjoy the view of the Main St parade from the 2nd and 3rd floors or spend time on the balcony watching the sun set on the majestic Ohio River. Centrally located on the Golden Block of Main Street in downtown Madison Indiana, you couldn’t stay in a more ideal location. Come stay awhile! The space Entrance (Main Street) You will enter the property on Main Street and walk up the stairs and enter the Property, which is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Main Level (2nd Floor) On the Main Level (2nd Floor) you will find the spacious Living Room, Chef's Kitchen, including a coffee bar and sitting area, wet bar, top of the line appliances, Dining Room that can host 10 guests, and half bath for your convenience. Off of the dining room in the rear of the property you will be delighted to find a roof top deck with a large dining table, spacious outdoor sectional, and unique downtown views. Living Quarters (Third Floor) You will continue up the stairs in the property and reach the living quarters which contains, 2 King Size Bedrooms with en-suits bathrooms, and 1 bunk room containing 2 twin beds and 2 double beds. You will also find a spacious laundry room that is also the 3rd full bathroom, which is situated conveniently across from the bunk room. Lastly, there is a cozy library where guests can gather, play games at the chess table, read books, and enjoy one another's company. Off of the rear bedroom you will find a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the view of the Ohio Rover. At the front of the property you will have windows, which overlook Main Street. Guest access There are a total 3 apartments and 2 storefronts in our property, with a total of 8,000 sq ft. This listing is for the family residence, which is 3,000 sq ft on the 2nd and 3rd floors on the property. Please do not explore the other areas of the property during your visit.
