🌼 ☀️ Welcome to our newly renovated, cozy and warm home, located in the heart of our charming village of Ger, where it's a good place to live. The house has a 🌴 wooded and fenced garden, a large private car park, a terrace with its above ground pool as well as a pétanque court. The house and the outside are completely private, we do not live on the premises. The space 🛜 The house has fast internet access thanks to fiber. 🏘️You will be just minutes away from local shops; bakery, butchers, restaurant, grocery store... 🛣️ Ideally located in the triangle between Tarbes (15 min ), Pau (35 min ) and Lourdes (30 min). You will also be close to ski resorts ⛷️ (about 1 hour for the first resorts) as well as the Atlantic coast 🏖️(Bayonne, Biarritz...), about equal distance. So you'll have the opportunity to do many diverse and varied activities throughout your stay, leaflets are available on site. 💧 The water is heated by a large capacity thermodynamic balloon (300L). ❄️ Reversible air conditioning / heating is installed in the living/dining room, in the "summer" room as well as in the master bedroom.
