🌼 ☀️ Welcome to our newly renovated, cozy and warm house, located in the heart of our charming village of Ger, where life is good. The house has a wooded and fenced garden 🌴, a large private parking lot, a terrace with its above-ground swimming pool as well as a petanque court. The house and the outside are completely private, we do not live there. The space 🛜 The house has fast internet access thanks to fiber. 🏘️You will be just minutes from local shops; bakery, butcher shops, restaurant, grocery store... 🛣️ Ideally located in the triangle between Tarbes (15 min), Pau (35 min) and Lourdes (30 min). You will also be close to the ski resorts ⛷️ (about 1 hour for the first resorts) as well as the Atlantic coast 🏖️ (Bayonne, Biarritz...), about the same distance. You will therefore have the opportunity to do many different and varied activities throughout your stay, leaflets are available on site. 💧 The water is heated by a large capacity thermodynamic tank (300 L). ❄️ Reversible air conditioning/heating is installed in the living/dining room, in the "summer" room as well as in the master bedroom. Upstairs you will find: ⁃ a first bedroom with a 🛌 140 x 200 - A second bedroom with a 🛌 140 x 200 ⁃ A large bedroom with a 🛌 160 x 200 => The beds will be made upon your arrival and bath linens are provided. ⁃ A large bathroom 🧼 with double 🚿 walk-in shower, a bathtub 🛁 and a double sink. ⁃ A separate toilet 🚻 On the ground floor: ⁃ A large living room 🛋️ /dining room area with a fully equipped open kitchen 🧑‍🍳; a Mr. Cuisine, a croque monsieur/waffle maker🧇, raclette maker🧀, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, ☕️ NESPRESSO coffee machine, classic filter coffee machine, citrus press🍊 etc... ⁃ On the living room side, you can enjoy the wood-burning stove during your winter evenings ❄️. ⁃ A cellar with a large capacity washing machine. ⁃ Separate toilet 🚾 ⁃ A "summer" room with a children's play area, a dartboard🎯, a seating area overlooking a large terrace, and an above-ground pool🦩. In this room there is a sofa bed to accommodate one to two additional guests. . Outside: ⁃ A pétanque court located near the pool will allow you to wait while the barbecue is being prepared 🔥 ⁃ The garden is fully enclosed. Access is via an electric gate with a digicode. You'll have the opportunity to park several cars in the courtyard. - 🦩The swimming pool will be open from April to September (depending on the weather) ⚠️ July and August bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Guest access The outside and inside of the house are completely private. Other things to note 👶 A high chair and a baby bed are available.
