Welcome to the apartment Strandliebe – your personal Retreat for an unforgettable holiday on the Saaler Bodden! The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Just a short walk separates you from the water of the Saaler Bodden, where you can stay in the Enjoy windsurfing, kiting, fishing and sailing can come. The apartment Strandliebe captivates with its spacious, open kitchen with a large living and dining area. The space Dear vacationers, We would like to cordially invite you to spend a few nice days in our apartment "Strandliebe". We try to spend beautiful moments there with our whole family as often as possible, which is why we are always improving the apartment and furnishing it with love. We like to share our oasis with other people, families and friends, but expect everyone to treat the furnishings with respect and a minimum of cleanliness at checkout. In order to prevent an increased cleaning effort, it is necessary to make a deposit of €100 after booking (bank transfer/P.a.y.P.a.l, etc.). If the apartment has been left in a normal and standard condition, the deposit will be refunded within 3 days of check-out. Please do not book if you do not agree with this rule. Furthermore, we would like to point out that our second apartment "Meeresbrise" is rented out on AirBnb on the property right next door. Thus, you may have to share the property with other guests. Please note this when booking. The terraces are separated by a privacy screen (see pictures). If you are a larger group or family, please check the booking calendar on Airbnb, maybe both apartments are available on your booking dates ;o) Furthermore, we would like to ask you to introduce yourself personally in a short text. Rental to fitters is not possible unfortunately. Pets are also not allowed for allergy and hygiene reasons. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, which is electrically operated. If operation is necessary due to the weather conditions, billing will take place on the basis of the kilowatt hours consumed. These costs are to be paid extra (0.2866 cents/kWh). An extra electricity meter for the heating is provided. The remaining electricity consumption is included. Guest access Access to the apartment via a key box. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
