Set on a 43 acre farm with Panoramic views over the Teifi Valley this imposing 9 bedroom 8 bathroom country house is an ideal venue for multi generational groups, a celebration or just a group of friends. Over 400m2 in size the property has been tastefully restored with every convenience in mind, including Qooker taps to both kitchens. Lots of room to be together and quiet places to have 5 minutes. Games room and Artic Cabin (hired) all on site. The space A very large prominent country house property facing south and west in an elevated position on a 43 acre farm. Set over two floors, two sets of stairs lead to 7 bedrooms, 3 ensuite (2 King size) the larger of the 3 having a Superking bed, two other king bedrooms share a Jack and Jill Bathroom. Two further King Size bedrooms one a four poster room with ample space for a travel cot. Also on this floor there is a bathroom with large freestanding bath and sink, a separate WC and a separate Shower room. To the ground floor we have two ensuite bedrooms with level access with walkin showers one of which has twin beds and the other king size. Two kitchens provide adequate cooking facilities. A large dining area with two tables seating 20. A small cinema room with large TV. The main living area is light and spacious with generous sofas and two wing back chairs a feature fireplace with electric flame effect fire. A micro office provides a desk and location for a PC. 2 Laundry areas one with drying racks and access to the downstairs toilet. Wifi 6 throughout the property and Hive heating. Outside there various seating areas a fully enclosed dog exercise area, which combines to provide a basketball and football area. Fire Pit, Barbecue and a Games room are located on site. The games room having darts/multi game table and large sauna. New for 2026 is our Artic Cabin which can be hired for an indoor barbecue during your stay. A EV Charger is available on site. Guest access Whole house can be accessed from several external doors Other things to note Set in a rural location, with views over the Teifi, on a farm setting with Alpaca, Ponies and Donkey's in adjoining fields. Dogs charged at £20 each per stay The Artic Cabin can be hired for £30 per night to include barbecue starter kit.
