Located in the quiet and leafy Hither Green, you will be out of the hustle and bustle, but within reach of central London in under 30 minutes, thanks to the train station which is a 7 minute walk away. The space The apartment is on the fourth floor of a residential block. As soon as you open the door you’ll be greeted with a welcoming view of the bright and airy living space, which itself looks out onto the clock tower. The balcony wraps around the living room and kitchen, where there are views over to Canary Wharf. The bedroom is spacious with its own smaller balcony filled with plants, and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is beautifully designed with Italian terrazzo and includes a bath/shower. Other things to note The apartment is a 7 minute walk from Hither Green Station, which has overground trains running into central London several times an hour. Trains run to London Bridge in under 15 minutes and Charing Cross in under 25 minutes (different timetables/track closures are sometimes in place on weekends). NB There is no carbon monoxide alarm as there is no gas on the premises.
