Cozy cottage with sun in Härnösand, Höga Kusten

Welcome to stay in our cottage located on our property. The cottage is rented for self-catering, which means you cook your own food and clean up after yourself when you leave. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 100/person if you do not have your own. The farm produces its own electricity from the sun and is self-sufficient in electricity. Within 5 km of the cottage is Smitingen - a fantastic sea swimming area, nature reserve, slalom hill, working dog club, horse sports arena, center and much more. The space The cottage is 50 sqm and has two rooms, a hall, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The large room functions both as a living room and bedroom with a double bed that is 160 cm wide. Between the living room and bedroom with bunk bed, there is no door - just a fabric drape/curtain. In the bathroom, there is a shower, toilet and sink. In the kitchen, there is a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, percolator, toaster, electric whisk and other kitchenware/porcelain that belongs to a kitchen. Dishwashing detergent, soap, dish towel, dishcloth, toilet paper, paper towels are available in the cottage. Sheets and towels are available to rent for SEK 100 if you do not have your own with you. Next to the cottage is a patio with table and chairs for four people. Barbecue available to borrow. Board games for outdoor use, sandbox and swing are available for our guests. Other things to note There is no active farming on the farm. We have some chickens and cats. On the farm, there are also horses that are rented and cared for by their owners. Since the cottage is in the countryside, there may be insects and sometimes smells that belong to the countryside.
