Bear Hollow is a 3+loft bedroom, 2.5 bath log home just 5 minutes from Cannon Mountain & Mittersill. The perfect destination for all seasons, it's nestled in the mountains and woods of Franconia, NH. Easy access to the White Mountain National Forest for hiking, biking, zip-lines and swimming. There are several nearby golf courses and ski areas. The house has a wrap-around porch, fully equipped kitchen and gas fireplace. Reservations for guests over the age of 25 or families w/children. No pets. The space Master bed and full bath on main level with dining/living/ kitchen area. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms, full bath and loft (the single bed). There's a desk and second TV in the master bedroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property including the unfinished basement with ping pong table. There is a fire pit on the property that is available for use. Please make sure the firepit is located 20' away from the house and supervised when in use. Other things to note There's a remote controlled Gas Fireplace, a ping pong table in the basement, 4 sets of snowshoes, 2 small sleds, and both TVs have Roku for you to connect to your Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime, etc. accounts or login with your cable company username and password.
