A large and spacious house with a lake plot, private canoe and large garden. The house was renovated in 2022 and offers a spacious kitchen with lake view, living room with tiled stove and sofa bed with two beds, dining area with large windows facing the lake as well as a fireplace, four bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet downstairs as well as a large glass veranda with dining table and relaxation area. This home is an amazing experience all year round! Welcome with booking request! The space The house is located on the lake, with a large garden. In the house there is a well-equipped kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms with a total of 10 beds as well as a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and electric kettle. Bed sheets and towels are provided by the guests. Cleaning is done by the guests before departure. Cleaning materials and instructions are available in the house. Kitchen: Bright kitchen adjacent to dining room and glass porch. The kitchen is well equipped and has an oven, stove, fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Sleeps: Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor with a 210 cm wide double bed. Bedroom 2: Located on the second floor with a 160 cm wide double bed. Bedroom 3: Located on bottom floor and has one 120 cm wide bed Bedroom 4: Located on floor 2 and has one 120 cm wide bed. Living Rooms: Sofa that is bedable for two people 140 cm wide. In the living room there is also an armchair, TV and tiled stove. Dining areas: Dining room on the ground floor adjacent to the kitchen. Dining area out on the glass porch also this next to the kitchen. Glass Porch: Glass porch with dining area and rest corner. There's also lighting in ceilings for late summer evenings.
