This is our family home, and we appreciate your help in keeping it comfortable, safe, and peaceful for everyone. - Please no smoking inside the home or near the property. - We observe quiet hours starting at 9:00 PM, so we kindly ask that you avoid going in and out after this time. - To help us conserve hot water, we ask that showers be kept to 15 minutes or less. - You’re more than welcome to use the refrigerator to store food and the laundry facilities during your stay. - For the safety of our little one, please remember to open and close all gates every time, even if just passing through. - We truly appreciate your being considerate of our family, especially in the evenings when our child is resting. - We also have two friendly dogs who may bark from time to time—thank you for your understanding. - Please treat our home with the same care you would your own.
