Small cozy house, very cool in summer, in the peaceful locality of Vigearde, in the heart of the rolling plains of the Jura. 45 minutes from Dijon, 40 minutes from Besançon, 25 minutes from Dole and Arc-et-Senan and 20 minutes from Pesmes. 5 minutes from the "Gendrey" motorway exit on the A36 (Besançon/Dijon axis). The house has no garden, only a small courtyard that the owners occasionally cross to access their house. The space Fully equipped kitchen, stove, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. This house is very old, in its original state; dust and cobwebs quickly reappear, which is why we offer a very low price. If you’re looking for a new rental, this is not the right place. For supermarkets, you will find a Super U, an Intermarché, a Lidl and a Netto in St-Vit (less than 15 minutes by car), as well as bakeries, pharmacies, a tobacco shop, etc. In Fraisans (10 minutes by car) there is an Intermarché, in Orchamps (7 minutes) there is a grocery store, and in Gendrey (2 minutes) there is a butcher shop that also serves as a grocery store and bread depot. You will find bakeries about 5-10 minutes away (Ougney, Orchamps, Dampierre, Fraisans). We are located between Dole (30 minutes by car, a beautiful small town with its port, its collegiate church, its pretty streets, the pastor's house, etc.); Besançon (45 minutes by car, also a very beautiful city, with its citadel and its zoo, as well as the Musée du Temps and the Musée des Beaux-Arts); Pesmes (25 minutes by car, a very pretty small town with character, not far from the Château de Malans and its art trail in the forest); and Arc-et-Senans, a must-see site in our region, with old salt works, exhibits, activities for children, concerts, etc. Not to mention the pretty little town of Marnay. For swimming, there are small spots not far away (10, 15, 20 minutes) by the Doubs or the Oignon. You can also swim in Lake Osselle (25 minutes by car - paid admission) or at the Isis water park in Dole (slides, tree climbing, wooded park). There are also the thermal baths in Salins-les-Bains (45 min) (sauna, hammam, hot tub, massages...), a very pretty town with its fort and potters. Many walks or bike rides in the surrounding area (Mont Guérin, Grotte de l'Hermitage, etc.) Another place to visit (nice when it's hot): the Osselle caves (not far from the lake). And then you can discover the Jura vineyards and its pretty towns (Arbois, Poligny, Chateau-Chalon, Baume-les-Messieurs) and the Comté Museum (40 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes by car).
