Welcome to the Jardin du Stade! I designed this 68 m² 3★ duplex to make you feel at home! Enjoy a private garden, a terrace and free parking in a quiet area, just a few minutes from the Stade Pierre-Mauroy, the Parc du Héron and the center of Lille. Whether your stay is for tourism or business, everything is in place to offer you comfort, tranquility, and convenience. The space 🏡 The space From the moment you arrive, you will discover a bright living room where it's nice to gather after a day of work, sightseeing or shopping. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook with ease: stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, multifunction microwave (oven function), Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. Upstairs, the separate bedroom offers you a real space for rest with a queen-size bed (160 × 200), a TV, and plenty of storage. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate. On sunny days, the terrace and garden become a real extension of the apartment: an ideal place to have breakfast, lunch in the sun or simply enjoy a relaxing moment. To travel light, I provide you with bed linens, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi and essential amenities. All you have to do is put your bags down and make the most of your stay. The Ascq train station is less than a 10-minute walk away and allows you to reach Lille in about ten minutes and Tournai in Belgium in less than 20 minutes. You will also find a metro station (line 1) nearby, several bus lines, and quick access to the A1, A22, A23, and A27 highways, making all your trips easy.
