While generally quiet, you may occasionally hear festive music during local celebrations. For light sleepers, we provide earplugs by your bedside. During your stay, you’re warmly welcome at Bon Appetit Bakery & Café, open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM. Come enjoy our freshly baked sourdough goods, homemade pastries, brewed coffee, and a handpicked selection of French wines. We also serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering a fusion of French and island-inspired cuisine All homemade with fresh, local ingredients. Take your time to explore the peaceful surroundings wander through nearby nature trails, relax in the gardens, or simply soak in the mountain and sea views. It’s the perfect setting to slow down and reconnect. Other things to note >Refreshing Showers Our showers offer a simple, fresh-water experience perfect after a warm day of island exploration. While we don't use hot water, many guests find the cool, refreshing rinse to be just what they need to feel energized and reconnected with nature. We kindly encourage mindful use of water during your stay. >No Air Conditioning To stay true to our eco-friendly and nature-immersed setting, we don’t use air conditioning. Instead, we provide electric fans and let the natural mountain breeze do the rest. Evenings tend to be cool and peaceful, making for restful nights under the stars. >Embracing Local Culture Our guest house is nestled in a rural island community, where the sounds of nature mix with local traditions. You may hear roosters in the morning a common part of Filipino countryside life. It’s all part of the authentic experience.
