It features two huge bedrooms with windows, a large living space, 3 King beds, two full size futon beds, a kitchenette with a double door refrigerator, microwave, table top stove and a coffee bar. It has its own full bathroom with an ample supply of towels, bedding/linen and toiletries. This space is uniquely comfortable and nicely decorated with much attention to detail. For your enjoyment, host provides a complimentary bottle of wine and some snacks. Because of alcohol age restrictions in the state, guests will have to request this complimentary bottle which will be delivered to a responsible adult. The apartment has two separate entrances, one from the main house and a private access from outside. The entrance from the main house is locked for privacy. Guests can access the apartment through the private entry and exit way. Each bedroom and living room has a TV. All TV’s have amazon fire stick which connects to all the entertainment/streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, amazon prime etc. When booking, please be sure to let me know the absolute number of people coming whether or not all will be spending the night.
