The space Guests have access to a private apartment located on the first floor of the house, with a separate entrance to ensure complete privacy. The ground floor is occasionally used by us – your hosts 😊 – but the two units are completely separate, with no shared areas, and we always fully respect your privacy. If you need any assistance, we’re nearby and happy to respond quickly, whether it’s with recommendations for local spots, hiking routes, restaurants, or anything else! 🍽️🌲 This modern apartment offers a comfortable stay for 2 to 6 guests and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. The property is organized across two levels. The lower level features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area, a sleeping area, a modern bathroom, and a spacious terrace ideal for relaxing outdoors or entertaining. The upper level includes two additional bedrooms, each with its own private terrace, offering extra space, comfort, and privacy. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other is furnished with two single beds, providing flexibility and comfort for different types of groups. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay – a modern kitchen with a stovetop, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, and stylish furnishings. It’s ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples looking to escape the city and enjoy Rudnik’s natural surroundings. Guest access The property offers several areas for guests to enjoy, providing a comfortable and scenic experience. Patio: The patio is a standout feature, offering a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. Front and Back Yard provide a welcoming outdoor space, offering ample room for outdoor gatherings, lounging, or simply enjoying the fresh air and nature. Other things to note 🏡 The ground floor is our private apartment, fully separated from the guest space. No shared areas, separate entrances. 👋 We occasionally stay there, but your privacy is fully respected. And if you need anything – we’re here! 🧒 Please note: The guest accommodation is spread over two levels and includes an internal staircase. For the safety of young children, we kindly ask that extra care is taken when using the stairs.
