Les Moineaux - Barn Conversion in rural Champagne

Les Moineaux (4 keys Clévacances) is a cottage formed from a renovated barn, which provides light airy accommodation. Open plan living is provided downstairs with the kitchen open to the dining room/sitting room making your stay convivial. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with their own private bathroom. The kitchen is well furnished with a separate laundry room. Your terrace at the front gives you a certain amount of privacy with it's trellis of honeysuckle, roses and clematis. Sleeps 4/5 The space Les Moineaux in one of four holiday cottages lining the side of a courtyard of an old farmyard. They may be rented individually or by a group which could accommodate 22 people. The grounds and heated pool (available mid May to early September) are large so you can maintain your privacy if wanted whilst profit by interacting with other guests as and when you paths pass. Normally four beds are included in the cottage but if there is a fifth person, we can easily add an extra single bed in the twin bedroom. Guest access You will share access through the courtyard, parking in the large barn which keeps your car cool in the summer. You will also have full use of the large shared gardens at the back with BBQ terrace, table tennis, boules court, badminton, croquet, large heated outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds, toilet facilities, a small cabin for children, swings, terrace at the end of the garden to have an aperitif and watch the sun go down on the forest and fields behind, clothes drying area hidden by trellis of honeysuckle..... Other things to note There is so much on offer in this area, that more often than not, our guests state they seem to have the pool to themselves as other families are out experiencing other activities. At the same time, especially outside of July and August, you may find you have the run of the grounds to yourself!
