The space Feel free to access the private boat launch at the end of the road less that 1 mile away. Badin lake public beach access and boat ramp is less than 2 miles away. Where you can picnic and swim all day. Guest access Patio is for our guest as well as the laundry room located on the backside of the house. We only ask that you don’t use the wood fireplace and use the electric one instead.
