It has 2 single beds, 1 double bed with a Simmons mattress, and 1 sofa bed. A ReFa shower head and hair dryer, Dyson air purifier, washer-dryer, Wi-Fi, AC, TV, safe, kitchen, cookware, and tableware are provided. A stroller, bed guard, and kids’ tent are available free by advance request, first-come, first-served. The space ■Room 101｜The Space Room 101 is a modern Japanese-style 1DK apartment of approximately 40㎡, located on the 1st floor. With no stairs required to access the room, it is convenient for families with young children and guests traveling with large suitcases. The bedroom has 1 double bed with a Simmons mattress and 2 single beds. The living area includes a comfortable sofa where families and friends can relax after arrival. For reservations of 5 guests, the sofa can be prepared as a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, cookware, and tableware, making it convenient for simple cooking and longer stays. The shower room and toilet are separate. A ReFa shower head and ReFa hair dryer are provided for a more comfortable bathing experience. The room also includes a Dyson air purifier with heating and cooling functions, a washer-dryer, free Wi-Fi, TV, safe, and air conditioning, providing everything needed for a comfortable short or extended stay. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room and anywhere on the property, including electronic cigarettes. If smoking or discarded cigarette butts are found, a special cleaning fee of ¥100,000 will be charged. Any additional costs for deodorizing, re-cleaning, or replacing linens, curtains, or other items will also be charged separately. Guest access ■Guest Access Room 101 is a fully private guest room located on the 1st floor. Guests enter through the shared building entrance and can access Room 101 directly without using stairs, making it convenient for families with young children and guests with large luggage. The bedroom, living area, kitchen, shower room, toilet, and washbasin inside Room 101 are for your exclusive use. No in-room facilities are shared with other guests. The building entrance and hallway are shared spaces. Please do not enter other guest rooms or staff-only areas.
