The property features four elegant bedrooms with king-size beds and additional sleeping space, three modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and generous indoor living areas ideal for spending time together. Outside, guests can enjoy a 200 m² private terrace, a 15 m² balcony, and beautifully maintained outdoor spaces that offer complete privacy. Amenities The villa includes free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, fresh bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, washing facilities, and a private garage. Guests have exclusive access to a private swimming pool (available from May to October), a sauna, a jacuzzi, outdoor dining areas with BBQ facilities, and spacious relaxation areas. The estate also offers volleyball, mini football, basketball and table tennis facilities for active days outdoors. For an even more personalised stay, selected experiences can be arranged in advance, including vintage car rides, wellness treatments, a private chef with service staff, catering, guided tours and other bespoke services upon request. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and estate, including the private pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, spacious terrace, balcony and all outdoor sports facilities. Free private parking and a garage are available on site. We offer a flexible personal check-in and kindly ask guests to let us know their approximate arrival time in advance so we can welcome them personally and ensure everything is ready for their stay. Other things to note The tourist tax is included in the accommodation price. A separate cleaning fee applies to shorter stays, while stays longer than 7 nights include cleaning free of charge. The private swimming pool is available from May to October, while the sauna and jacuzzi can be enjoyed throughout the year.
