Come and recharge your batteries in this authentic stone house, quiet, ideally located at the crossroads of Brittany/Normandy. It is located in a typical hamlet of the region, 20 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, 40 minutes from Saint-Malo, Dinan, Fougères and Rennes. You will overlook the Sougéal Marshes, located in the Mont-Saint-Michel Bay Nature Reserve. The cottage is carefully furnished and decorated in a contemporary cottage style and aims for the right balance between countryside and modernity. The space On the ground floor, the living room and open kitchen are centered around the wood-burning stove and its large fireplace, which will welcome you when the season justifies it. The living room opens onto a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, lawn area (unfenced). On the 1st floor: the landing serves a large double bedroom (bed 160 x 200) that can accommodate a baby bed, a triple bedroom (bed 140 x 200 and 90 x 200) and a bathroom with toilet. Bluetooth speaker, board games, books... will ensure you have cozy evenings. The cottage includes 2 private parking spaces. Other things to note To facilitate your stay, we offer, upon reservation and for a fee, to prepare family and friendly dishes that you will only have to bake, as well as breakfast baskets composed of local products. You will not have to bring anything, towels are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Electric heaters and a wood burning stove are present in the cottage. Electricity and wood are included in the rental rate, however we ask that a reasonable temperature (19°) be respected and that wood be preferred. Pets are welcome, up to a maximum of two pets per stay (extra charge of €5/night/pet).
