A security deposit of 500 euros will be required as a guarantee for any anomaly that may occur during your stay, which will be returned upon departure if there is no damage. The neighborhood consists of old orange farms with their respective houses. An area of great beauty and very quiet. Perfect for rest and a car or bicycle is necessary to get around the area. Villa Monsalva is very close to Cullera beach and Albufera Natural Park, 35 km from Valencia and the airport, and 15 minutes from Sueca train station. Activities: Hiking, boating, fishing, cultural visits: In Valencia capital (museums, Cathedral, Lonja etc.) In Gandía, the Palace of the Borgias, in Jativa its Castle and Collegiate Church. We will recommend several Valencian cuisine restaurants nearby. Rice and vegetables are typical specialties of the area.
