Having just undergone a complete renovation, the Secret de Saint-Cyprien harmoniously combines the charm of the old, with its beautiful stone walls, exposed beams, floor and the comfort of modern equipment including new quality bedding. Rare in the heart of the village, the house has a large and beautiful private terrace, ideal for lunch outdoors and extending evenings under the stars. INSIDE: ************* Organized on two levels, the house offers on the ground floor: * A large open kitchen with a perfectly equipped L-shaped kitchen: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, glass-ceramic hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and cooking utensils in generous numbers. Its dining area with its table and 6 seats will allow you to have lunch indoors. A laundry area with washing machine and ironing kit completes this level. * A few small steps lead to the first double bedroom, elegantly furnished with a large double bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, bedside tables, closet and large clothes rack. OUTSIDE: ************* * Rare in the heart of the village, the Secret de Saint-Cyprien has a large, fully private terrace equipped with an iron table, six seats and a gas plancha, for lunch outdoors. * The garden furniture also invites you to relax and enjoy aperitifs after returning from the many excursions offered by the immediate surroundings.
