Beautiful rural villa halfway between Girona and Barcelona. 30 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava, at the foot of the Montseny Natural Park. Very quiet area very close to a golf course. The space The single-story villa on different levels can accommodate a total of 16 people and is distributed so that guests feel very comfortable. The rooms are laid out as follows: 1 double suite with bathroom. 1 quadruple, 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. 2 doubles. 2 triples with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. It has three bathrooms with shower, full kitchen, living-dining room with fireplace for the winter and the bedrooms are all double and spacious. Outside is the private pool, two porches with chill-out area, barbecue, parking for five cars, a space with ping-pong, darts and a soccer field for children. Guest access You can use all areas of the house. A washer and dryer is available. There are enough utensils in the kitchen to cook for everyone. There is a hairdryer. Sleeps up to 18 + 1 baby crib. Linens and towels included. Fireplace and TV. Other things to note The water is not safe for drinking. There is heating. There is no air conditioning. There are mosquito nets and when you open the windows the air flows. Fans are also available. You have a golf course and paddle tennis courts very close by and 2 restaurants (you have to book) to enjoy during your stay.
