Behavior & Impact: Guests are free to relax in their own way — including having a drink if they choose — but any behavior that becomes disruptive, unsafe, or makes others uncomfortable is not acceptable. Most guests are great, but about once every few hundred stays we do encounter someone whose actions disrupt others. In those rare cases, if another guest ends their stay early, we pass along the cost of the lost nights, and those costs can add up quickly. Repeated or serious issues may result in the guest being required to leave without a refund. Our goal is to maintain a safe, calm, and respectful environment for everyone.
