This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is perfect for families, small groups, and special gatherings, offering elevated southerly views and over a mile of sugar sand beach with a hard sand bottom for exceptional swimming. Relax in the bright, open living space with soaring cathedral ceilings and Brazilian walnut hardwood floors, or enjoy the bonus sleeping area on the lower level for extra guests. Step onto the elevated deck for panoramic views, soak in the hot tub, or stroll along the charming walkway to the beach. Nestled in a wooded setting with 142 feet of private frontage, Northwoods Beach House is the perfect blend of elegance and nature, creating a vacation experience like no other. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.
