The space Our property is a well preserved heritage bungalow built in 1929 by my Husband's grandfather with spacious rooms, high ceilings and vintage facade reflecting the old world charm of the erstwhile "Allahabad". This listing has 3 large Bedrooms with attached washrooms on the Ground floor, which can accomodate 2 - 4 guests in 1 bedroom each with extra mattresses. Guests have access to shared garden, terrace, and verandah.We are fortunate to be surrounded with nature, lush Palm trees with squirrels running around, birds chirping, a Nature Lover's Retreat especially for children. You can enjoy your morning tea soaking up the sun and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere despite being at the heart of the city. Ideal for families who want to enjoy outdoor spaces and want to go beyond "the feel of an apartment". Special Mention: We have been fortunate to have our property showcased in currently / upcoming Web Series on OTT and mainstream Bollywood movie. We also have Children's toys/ Books / Board Games, please do ask the host if you need them. PLEASE NOTE - PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN BEDROOMS. WE HAVE A BANQUET ADJACENT TO THE BUNGALOW IN THE PREMISES BUT AS A STRICT POLICY, WE DONOT TAKE AIRBNB ROOM RESERVATIONS ON EVENT DATES AS WE RESPECT OUR GUEST'S PRIVACY.HENCE, OUR GUESTS FIND OUR STAY PEACEFUL. Other things to note The 3 Bedrooms on the Ground Floor are a part of 1 wing of the entire Bungalow. The other part is occupied by my family. However, the main entrance to the property is the same but the room area is separate. Swiggy/ Zomato/ Blinkit is easily delivered. Dishes, cutlery etc are provided to guests for their meals. Advance Notice is required for Breakfast / Meals as meals are home style food and Made To Order. Due to the Ongoing LPG crisis, Request guests to kindly discuss food options and charges before ordering. Guests DONOT have Kitchen Access.
