Budget friendly bedroom

This is one bedroom in an apartment over our garage. The living room, kitchenette, and bath are shared with the second bedroom which is currently being used by a family member. He is not always home and often chooses to use a bathroom in another area of the house when we have guests staying with us. There is a kitchenette with sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and refrigerator for guests to use. ** Upon request, a bedroom with 2 twin beds may be possible instead of the queen bedroom.
