Our holiday home, the Castel d'Airial is a magnificent house built in 1885 and located in the center of the village of Arguenos, 600 m above sea level, in the heart of the valley in the Pyrenean foothills, 1 hour from Toulouse. Renovated, but authentic, this house was originally the old village school. Ideal for families or groups of friends, our house awaits you for a truly relaxing vacation and a pleasant discovery of the Pyrenees. The space The house is composed of 2 lodgings communicating on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house. An additional space consisting of a living room and a kitchen is available in summer (not heated in winter), with direct access to the 2 outdoor terraces. The house can accommodate up to 18 adults in excellent conditions, with: - 7 bedrooms spread over 2 floors of the house, including 2 master suites with their own bathroom. - 3 large living rooms, - 4 bathrooms, - 3 kitchens (including a summer kitchen on the garden level) Air conditioning in the 2 lounges and master suites. Electric heating and heat pump. TV area and foosball in the living room. Access to the park and outdoor facilities (BBQ, tables/chairs, umbrella, ping pong table, etc.) Sleeps 18 - 14 people in a comfortable room (single beds and double beds) - 4 extra people in 2 separate living rooms convertible into bedrooms (sofa beds) Extra extra beds for children on request (in addition €10/night/person) Baby beds available Ideal for groups or events thanks to its large capacity and large living spaces.
