Indoor Area The villa spans 160m² and is spread over two levels. It has three spacious bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests. As you step inside, the cozy living room invites you with traditional furniture, antique touches, and a warm fireplace. It’s a perfect place to unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together. Both the living room and kitchen lead directly to the charming courtyard, where you’ll find BBQ facilities and a covered terrace, perfect for dining al fresco. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds, great for kids or extra guests. There’s also a bathroom with a shower for added convenience. Upstairs, the two additional bedrooms each have their own private balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. This floor also has a shared toilet. Outdoor Area Step outside and enjoy the 350m² outdoor space with your very own 30m² private pool. The pool is 1.30m deep and surrounded by lush lawn, so it’s perfect for relaxing or letting the kids play safely.
