Welcome to our peaceful oasis right in the heart of the city! Our property features a beautiful, lush green garden, designed to offer you a serene escape from the urban hustle and bustle. The garden is a perfect place to relax & unwind. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or simply enjoying some quiet time in nature, our garden provides the ideal spot to recharge and is perfectly suited for families, friends, married couples, solo travelers, working professionals and business travellers. The space What You'll Love - A one bedroom apartment with a comfortable queen-size bed with fresh linens and ample storage. Our double bed comfortably sleeps 2 adults and can also accommodate a child. Please note that we don’t provide extra mattresses. - Wi-Fi, kitchen, clean bathroom, parking and generator backup. - Step out into the lush green lawn, perfect for soaking up the sun. - The rental apartment is on the ground floor of a bungalow. - The premises has high boundary walls and a driveway with cctv cameras for safety. - The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric kettle, fridge, utensils and microwave convection oven. However, please note that we do not provide any cooking essentials like ingredients or spices. - We do not provide food. - There are resturants, and cafes close by and one can order from Zomato. - We can also recommend you a laundry service provider at an additional charge. Guest access Guest has access to the entire apartment and the lawn area. Other things to note HOUSE RULES ~ No Pets Allowed - For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-pet policy. ~ Check-In/Check-Out - Check-in time is between 12PM and 6PM. - Check-out time: 10:00 AM. - Late check-outs must be pre-approved and may incur additional charges. ~ Mandatory ID Verification All guests must share a clear photo/scan of a valid ID on the Airbnb app at least 24 hours before check-in. Aadhaar / Driving Licence / Passport is accepted. PAN Card & Voter ID not accepted Government personnel are additionally required to submit a valid official/work ID Entry will be allowed only after verification. ~ House Keys - Do not share the house keys with anyone who is not part of your booking. ~ Liability - The host is not responsible for any theft, accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. ~ Since owners stay in the property, they might check with the guests once a day to ensure everything is fine. ~ It's a private property and the main gate remains open from 6AM to 9:30PM. We request guests to plan their outings accordingly and return by this time. ~ Guests can park their vehicles inside the well secured premises which has CCTV cameras for safety. The gate is easy to access and therefore guest can help themselves to let vehicles in and out. No doorman available. ~ Quiet Hours - We are a quiet yet friendly people. We are opening our doors to people who appreciates the silence and peace this place has to offer. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM – 8 AM. ~ No Parties or Events - Hosting parties or events is not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted. ~ Respect for Neighbors - Be considerate of our neighbors. Avoid loud noises and do not block driveways or shared spaces. ~ Appliances and Utilities - Turn off lights, fans, and geyser when not in use or when leaving the property to help us conserve energy. ~ Cleanliness - Please treat the property as if it were your own. - Cleaning products has been provided in the kitchen hence WASH UTENSILS EVERYTIME after use. - House will be moped and cleaned upon guest request. For long term stay, the house will be cleaned in every 2-3 day. - Clean up after yourself daily and report any damages immediately. ~ Waste Disposal - Dispose of all trash in the appropriate bins provided and allow house keeping to clear the same daily and provide you with fresh garbage bags to maintain hygiene and cleanliness. ~ Guests are requested to stub the cigarettes in the provided ashtrays. ~ Other things to note - We live in nature thereby it is expected to have insects, lizards and other creatures visiting us (depending on the time of the year). If you have phobias or aren't comfortable with this, then please reconsider staying with us. ~ Additionally, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs and illegal substances. The use, possession, or distribution of any illegal items is strictly prohibited on the property. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the premises and may be reported to local authorities. In such cases, any deposit or amount paid in advance will be forfeited without exception. We aim to maintain a safe, peaceful, and respectful environment for all our guests. **Violation of any of these rules may result in additional charges, early termination of your stay, or a negative review.** Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable space for everyone!
