Your apartment includes: - A spacious master bedroom - A cozy second living room - A modern, fully equipped bathroom - A wonderful shared kitchen and living area The space The apartment includes: - Two master bedrooms: Designed for 2 people in each room, featuring a comfortable bed, a TV with local and international channels, and Netflix for your entertainment. - Two living rooms: Perfect for three people in each, offering a cozy space to relax. - Two modern bathrooms: Fully equipped with organic hair products, shower gel, Zara Home items for a spa-like experience, comfy towels, and a washing machine for added convenience. - A shared kitchen and living area: Stocked with cooking essentials, sustainably sourced coffee, decaf tea, a dishwasher, books, games, and everything you need for quality time—whether with loved ones or on your own. Other things to note: Saieta 2 is still undergoing renovations. 1st Floor: Renovation work is ongoing. While the main entrance and stairway to the upper floors are safe and functional, they are not yet fully finished. Construction noise may occur during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). 2nd Floor: Fully completed and rented to small businesses, occasionally hosting special events and masterclasses that add a creative vibe. 3rd Floor: Dedicated to guests with thoughtfully designed apartments. Guest access 3rd floor of the building is dedicated just for you. Other things to note Prime Location: Saieta 2 is located right in the city centre, making it an ideal base for exploring Madona. The building overlooks the main fountain, a charming feature of the town, and is steeped in history, having once served as a market space. Today, occasional markets still bring vibrancy to the area. Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find Madona’s largest shopping centres, such as Rimi, as well as the Town Hall. The local bakery, perfect for fresh pastries, is just a 5-minute stroll away. Nearby parks and outdoor play areas for children make this location convenient for families as well. Outdoor Activities and Natural Beauty. Madona offers a variety of year-round outdoor activities: - Smeceres Sils: Just a 10-minute drive from Saieta 2, this premier cross-country skiing centre provides tracks for all skill levels. It’s equally enjoyable for hiking and exploring in the warmer months. - Gaiziņkalns Ski Resort: A 30-minute drive away, Latvia’s highest peak is a popular destination for skiing, tobogganing, and snowboarding in winter. - Hiking and Swimming: The region is filled with scenic trails and opportunities for invigorating cold swims in winter.
