The space This cosy two bedroom apartment sleeps up to four guests across two double rooms. Each room is cosy with cushions and throws to give a home from home feel. Additionally, there is storage space for clothing and personal belongings and each guest is provided with a bath and hand towel. The apartment has one bathroom with a walk-in shower cubicle. The living area provides plush sofas and electric fire, a relaxed setting for enjoying your favourite TV. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, crockery, a kettle, toaster, microwave and basic pantry items such as oil, salt and pepper. Additional kitchen amenities include an oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine. These amenities ensure you have access to everything you need for a short- or long-term stay. Upon check-in, our guests are provided with washing pods and products to wash up with. These provisions allow you to make full use of the amenities! This house has a private parking area in front of the apartment, please be mindful that this is shared with a second apartment. Whitehaven also has accessible public transport links with trains running from Carlisle to Barrow-in-Furness and local bus services running to other local towns. Situated just outside of Whitehaven’s town centre and historic harbour, this house is an ideal location for those looking to enjoy the offerings of Whitehaven and Cumbria. Whitehaven has a number of local pubs and restaurants around the town centre and harbour. This apartment is located opposite a large supermarket and a five minute walk to a pub and takeaways. Whitehaven is approximately 27 miles from Keswick in the Northwest Lake District and 48 miles from Windermere and the South Lake District making it a great base for exploring the beautiful Lake District. Although this property is ideal for holiday makers, it would also suit those in the area for work with local transport links to West Cumberland Hospital, Sellafield and Westlakes Science Park. Other things to note Please note that there is an offline security deposit of £150 charged separately in the form of a pre-authorisation charge. This will show as a pending transaction on your account throughout your stay. It will only be charged in the event of damages or a breach of our terms and conditions.
