The apartment is centrally located in the quiet, nice Slottstaden, both close to Malmö city center and the long lovely beach with its magical sunsets. The neighborhood is full of cozy restaurants, shops and cafes with charming outdoor seating. The castle park is nearby. The apartment itself is charming with high ceilings, bright rooms and wooden floors. Three bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The house was built in 1938. On the apartment's balcony, you can enjoy the sun all day. The apartment is great for couples, families or business travelers. The space The apartment is bright and nice on the 4th floor. It has three bedrooms. The beds in the rooms are 160, 140 and 90 cm wide. The room, which has a 90 cm wide bed, is very small with windows facing the courtyard. The living room has room for a dining table and a sofa group, as well as access to the balcony. There is one bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
