Ideally located on Rue d'Angerville, just minutes from the beach, La Casa Plume is a charming vacation home designed to accommodate up to 6 people. A cozy and warm interior A private garden to enjoy the outdoors Close to the sea An ideal location This home is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service that listens to its guests. The space The house has 1 floor, it is located close to the center and the sea. Once in the courtyard of the house, you will enter through the entrance hall where there is a toilet, and a cabinet to store your coats and shoes. Then on your right you will enter the living room with its 4-seater sofa and its 2 wooden cylinders as coffee tables. Opposite is the dining table with 4 chairs and a bench. To the left is the equipped kitchen: - Central island - baking sheets, - Microwave - fridge/freezer - Senseo coffee maker - toaster - kettle - dishwasher - dishes - oven - cooking utensils Then you will find an adjoining living room with sofa, school desk and TV accompanied by books and board games. You will also find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and all the appropriate equipment for the maintenance of the house. To finish the ground floor, a last door will give you access to the garden with its outdoor furniture. Back in the entrance hall, on your left this time, a staircase will take you upstairs with its bathroom and 3 bedrooms. - master bedroom, 160 x 200 cm bed with dressing room - 2nd bedroom, 140*200 bed - children's room, bunk bed and baby bed The bathroom therefore includes a bathtub, a 1-person vanity unit and mirror, and a second toilet. Included: Wifi, Linen (towels, tea towels, bath mats, sheets for the double bed). A welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge and a garbage bag will be waiting for you in the accommodation. For the remainder of the stay, we'll let you buy what you need. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation as well as all amenities. You'll have a set of keys. Check-in is from 4pm onwards. Check-out is until 10 a.m. maximum. Free parking is across the street.
