Welcome to our nice house in Timmernabben, Sweden. Our house is a 5-minute walk from the sea. The area has parks within walking distance for the little ones and swimming areas 5 minutes away. You can walk to the store in the Tempo store 5 minutes away. It is a coastal area that has many services such as bus, gas station, ICA, restaurants, sports venues... If you are looking for comfort, tranquility and fun with the little ones, here you can enjoy an amazing vacation. The space Our house is a semi-renovated house on one floor, it has six bedrooms and three bathrooms, the living room and kitchen are joined and it has 2 outdoor dining areas with tables and 8 chairs with cushions and a large barbecue with barbecue accessories. We have towels, bed linens, a fully-equipped kitchen to stay in. Our house has a large garden with an orchard and fruit trees that you can eat. We have a hot tub, trampoline, sandbox and outdoor toys for adults and children. We have single and double strollers. The whole garden is fenced for the safety of the little ones. The house has air conditioning, fireplace and radiators. There are three bathrooms and one of them has a bathtub and another with a shower. We have an exclusive room so the little ones can play. Other things to note The attractive thing about spending the summer in our house is that not only is the sea 5 minutes away, but 5 minutes away you have a forest with a sports area and illuminated trails and there are also soccer fields and volleyball courts. There is an excellent restaurant where you can eat while looking at the sea and it is a 10-minute walk from the home, there is a very large campsite with mini golf courses, a sports center to play paddle tennis, a candy factory to try real Swedish candy, etc. We have two bikes for adults and children. It is also possible to rent a bicycle, kayak or boat. From our house you can make excursions to the city of Mönsterås, Oknö, there are local restaurants and shops, or also 25 minutes by car is Kalmar, to visit the amazing castle or green areas with beautiful flowers near the sea or visit the old town with interesting shops, restaurants and museums. To the north you can visit Oskarshamn, also 25 minutes away by car. There are two ICA stores near the home, one in Mönsterås and the other in Alem to buy food. There are countless different roads by car or at the same time it is ideal to relax with the family in a quiet place surrounded by nature. Our summer garage will be another new room in the house and outdoor Jacuzzi. This new room will be connected to the rest of the house with access to the garden and terrace.
