Peaceful studio completely renovated, specially designed to offer you a warm and welcoming stay. Well equipped and furnished, you'll feel right at home. Ideally located to discover the region or for your business trips. You will enjoy the calm of the Flemish countryside while being close to the center of the Village. Located 5 minutes' walk from Esquelbecq train station, 10 minutes from the A25 motorway, 30 minutes from Dunkirk and 45 minutes from Lille. The space The studio consists of: * A kitchen area with a counter to eat. You will find a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, electric hob, filter coffee maker, as well as various accessories to be able to cook. * A living room area with sofa and TV. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi. The TV is connected to the TNT channels. A connected Android key is available so you can use your Netflix/Amazon Prime/Youtube connections... * A sleeping area partially separated by a curtain for more privacy, with a wardrobe to store your belongings. (bed with new mattress) * A bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Parking is provided in front of the accommodation. We provide bed linen and towels. There are also dish towels, household products and basic condiments. If it's an overnight express stay, you'll find something to have a hot drink when you wake up (coffee, tea, hot chocolate). Guest access You can discover our peaceful village, elected in 2023 as the "Favorite Village of the French", as well as its heritage. Esquelbecq offers all kinds of amenities: Supermarket, butcher shop, bakery, wine cellar, cafés, brewery, restaurants, bookstores, pharmacy, and various activities throughout the year. You can quietly enjoy the calm of the countryside, peaceful walks just outside the studio. If you wish, we can even lend you bicycles (on request and subject to availability). You can also discover: The city of Bergues and its ramparts 10 min away, The town of Cassel (favorite village of the French 2018) and its cobblestones 15 min away, Mont des Cats 30 min away, Malo les Bains beach 30 min away,... Other things to note Pets allowed under certain conditions. Parties and events are prohibited. No smoking! Smoking and vaping only outdoors.
