Casa Martin is centrally located in Flims village. Ski lift, shops and sports shops are within walking distance of 5-8 minutes. The apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator) and has a large balcony with mountain views. Garage space and an outdoor parking space can be used free of charge. Electric cars can be charged for a fee at the nearby Stenna Center Smoking is not permitted. Pets are allowed on request, with a flat rate of CHF 40 per stay. The space The centrally located, newly renovated 3-room apartment is within walking distance (7-8 minutes) of the cable cars and the "Stenna" shopping center in Flims. The bright and high-quality apartment on the 2nd floor offers 74 m² of space for a maximum of 6 guests. It has a spacious living room with sofa bed (190 x 150 cm) and balcony (16 m²). The two bedrooms are equipped with king size double beds (200x180cm) and a spacious wardrobe and each have an ensuite bathroom (1 with shower & sink, 1 with bathtub & sink). There is also a separate toilet with sink in the apartment. The modern kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule machine, raclette oven and accessories, fondue dishes for cheese and meat fondue and many other kitchen utensils.
