From 5 years of age, the price & entitlement to service applies as for adults!!! Room selection by request!!! (With your booking, the upper floor with the correspondingly booked room(s) plus kitchen is available to you alone) So there are no extra guests. Unbooked rooms are locked. There are 3 double rooms (2 balconies) on the 1st floor in our house. Free wifi for everyone! Our themed rooms: 1) Nürburgring with shower/toilet/TV in the room plus balcony. - Rooms facing the front! 2) Hockenheim equipped like room 1 - Room facing the back! 3) Spa Francorchamps with separate bathroom (shower/WC) without balcony, with TV in the room Free parking right in front of the house! Garden use possible. Animals on the outside: 2 free-roaming cats 3 goats (petting and cuddling welcome!) Our girls moved in on November 25th... Our 2 dogs are only outside when we are. Guest access A separate entrance (porch with front door) is at your disposal. A staircase leads you to your area. The rooms are all lockable and each room also has a key to the front door. Please always lock the front door! If you arrive later, please call or write one hour before arrival. We are definitely waiting for you to welcome you and show you everything important. Arrival also possible in the evening… (by appointment) Other things to note Our place is not accessible!!! (Steps in front of the house and a staircase in the hallway to the 1st floor) 1 high chair, changing mat and a travel cot are available on request! (Extra charge for travel bed 10 euros/night) Non-smoking rooms (smoking allowed on the balcony - rooms 1+2) There are 2 dogs in OUR area! Outside there are 3 free-range cats who always want to be seen and cuddled. In addition, three dwarf goats have moved in with us since November 25. The girls are happy to be petted and cuddled by you! No shopping in the village of Kolverath! By car, you can reach Kelberg in just under 10 minutes. Shopping, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies and gas stations are available there. Center Parcs Park Eifel in Gunderath only about 6 km away. Also nice to reach as a walk through the woods! Our neighbor runs a farm (dairy cows) The neighborhood is home to ponies. Depending on the weather, it may smell like horse manure or a farm. The Nürburgring is about 15 minutes away! Summer toboggan run and game reserve in Daun about 20 minutes away! Various maar lakes and other destinations can be found nearby.
