The reverse floor plan is perfect as it offers the living, dining, and kitchen on the top level where you can enjoy your favorite movies, and delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. What better way to start your day than enjoying your morning coffee or tea from the top-level sun deck as the sun rises. The lower level den/rec room is a great place to hang out to watch TV or play a game of foosball, plus there is a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator.
