Travel medical professionals welcome. The space This retreat offers a countryside escape with rustic charm and convenient road access between Trumansburg and Ithaca. Perfectly embodying the tranquility of a rural setting, it's an ideal haven without the hustle of city life. The porch and winding trails in the backyard forest make this residence appealing for both larger groups and couples seeking serenity. Only 8 minutes from Taughannock Falls and a short 10-15 minute drive to the nearest wineries. Recent updates include refinished floors, ceilings, and bathroom with large jetted tub. The living room boasts fresh paint, while the kitchen features granite countertops, a new sink, and cabinets for a modern touch. Guest access Be comfortable and make yourself at home. You have exclusive access to the house, porch and Solo Stove. Other guests from separate bookings may be staying at the Barn Manor next door and Camp SkyTent in the woods. The large back yard is somewhat shared with the guests at the Barn Manor. Feel free to walk the trails in the woods with respect to the campers. Other things to note The property is also host to Camp SkyTent a hammock tree tent experience that is in the woods (3 small campsites). This will require no interaction on the part of our Farm Manor guests. Guests drive in and drive out and are told not to interact with Farm Manor guests. There are doorbell cameras on the outside of the property on doors for security purposes. For our city guests - we are tucked away in nature so expect to see a spider or an ant. Nothing out if the ordinary for farm life though. Please note that while Farm Manor offers a relaxing bathtub, it may be difficult for individuals with mobility issues to access comfortably. We want all our guests to have a safe and enjoyable stay, so please consider this factor when booking. ----------------------- Amenity/Cleaning Policy: To ensure a comfortable and well-maintained environment for the duration of your stay, we have implemented the following policies regarding cleaning and amenities: Amenities: * Guests will receive a basic amenity package, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, dish and hand soap, cooking basics, coffee, and tea. * The guest is responsible for purchasing additional supplies when they run out. Professional Cleaning for guests staying over 30 days: Every four weeks, we schedule a complimentary professional cleaning service for the apartment. This routine cleaning serves to: * Flip sheets and towels to maintain freshness. * Ensure the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the space. * Address any maintenance issues promptly. ----------------------- Pet Policy (including service animals) Pet Fee: $75 per pet We are required to accept service animals at no cost. Clean-Up Responsibility: * Owners must promptly clean up after their pets, including properly disposing of waste. Grooming Standards: * Owners are responsible for keeping their pets well-groomed, including maintaining short nails to prevent floor damage - we have newly refinished wood floors that scratch easily. * Owners must regularly clean up pet hair within the property to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Furniture Restrictions: * Pets are not allowed on the furniture to prevent potential damage. * Owners are encouraged to provide a designated area for their pets, including a pet bed. Off-Leash Privileges: * Pets may be off-leash if deemed safe and well-trained * Please be advised that there is a road nearby where cars often drive fast. We want to emphasize that the hosts cannot accept responsibility for any incidents involving your pet's safety on the road. Noise and Disturbance: * Owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not cause excessive noise or disturbance to neighbors. ----------------------- Perry City Manors is not responsible for items left behind by guests. Due to our busy schedule, we are unable to manage shipping forgotten items, especially easily replaceable ones like chargers, clothing, or jewelry. If something is left behind, please consider it gone. However, for very important items, we may return them if you provide a prepaid USPS label within 48 hours of your departure.
