The house in the fountain is a recently renovated tourist location, in the recovery of an ancient Sabine barn located in the village of Cerdomare (a small hamlet of Poggio Moiano, in the province of Rieti). The property is in a strategic position, surrounded by the Sabine hills, about 30m by car from Rieti and 1 hour by car from Rome. The space The small house consists of two levels with a living room and kitchenette on the ground floor and a sleeping area with a toilet on the first floor: surrounded by a suggestive view of the Sabine hills. Pets are not allowed in the property due to its small size. Guest access Guest access is allowed for the entire independent apartment with all the necessary amenities and comforts.
