Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, except for the entryway closet and two cupboards in the garage, which are reserved for owner use. Other things to note Parking Information The driveway accommodates one vehicle, with additional parking for boats or extra vehicles available to the left of the driveway. Plenty of space for your lake adventure. Other Important Information Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. A valid photo ID is required to verify age at the time of booking to finalize your reservation. The primary guest must remain on the premises for the entire duration of the booking. This home has a septic system, so occupancy limits are strictly enforced to avoid sewage backups. Compliance with these limits is essential for the system's functionality and to ensure a safe stay.
