Local amenities including a variety of restaurants, pubs, cafes, parks, shops and local sports center with a swimming pool. Pleasant countryside walks a short distance from your door. The space GROUND FLOOR Benefitting from two spacious cosy reception rooms with flat screen TV's & firesticks. One offering soft lighting and a warm electric fireplace. Beyond the stylish kitchen is the dining area/snug to the rear of the house offers a further relaxing space where guests can chat while cooking. FIRST FLOOR Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom all with hanging space, Ikea mattresses, toppers and soft pillows and bedding. Luxury bathroom with P shaped bath for that extra shower space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home including the enclosed garden and patio. Other things to note The property is not suitable for children under the age of 7. It has a few steps including up to the Front door and down into the kitchen. The back patio door has one step down. Please note the drive is on a slope and may be slippy in icy weather. Parking is recommended accross the top of the driveway.
