Welcome to House in the village located in the peaceful village of Long Bien Ward, Hanoi, 8 minutes drive from Aeonmall. - Your room is on the 4th floor of a 6-story house with an elevator, a modern enclosed toilet, a spacious bathroom with a shower and hot and cold water, basic toiletries, and a hair dryer. The space We provide all the essentials for short and long-term stays. You have access to all the furniture available in the living room, kitchen and terrace. Information of the house: 1st floor: Living room and toilet 2nd floor:kitchen and dining room. 4th floor: Bedroom + toilet en-suite (your residence) . 6th floor Terrace :Washer,dryer, outdoor table and chairs, BBQ grill. -Tivi HD has Netflix installed at living room and kitchen. -Turn hot and cold water (living room). - Purified water filter ( kitchen)you can drink directly without having to buy water. -Wifi has a lot of capacity and is strong. -Also the washer dryer is also provided with detergent and softener. The local market and Winmart supermarket are 500m away. The soccer field, volleyball near the house you can experience together with the friendly and hospitable locals. - Near the house there are many Pagodas you can discover the beliefs of local people. - Bus stop is 200m from the house. You can catch the line: -EO1 to AeonMall-Timecity-Royalcity. -E03 to Aeon Mall. -E10 to Noi Bai Airport. Guest access -You can use: Living Room, Kitchen, Terrace, Washing machine, dryer and BBQ grill.❌Please note: This is a shared area with other guests, please clean up after using. -We are not a hotel so cleaning the apartment or changing towels daily is not the default. During your stay, if you need to clean the room, please message me to let me know. Other things to note - Our main door is still open during the day but will close after 00:00 am. If you arrive after this time on the first night, please inform us in advance so that we can open the main door for you when you arrive. The key will be provided to get in by yourself. Please make sure you close the main door carefully after entering or exiting. Thank you. During your stay During your stay, please contact us via the Airbnb app 24/7. Other things to note -Please read the directions and description of the house carefully for a smooth check-in. Guests can use airport taxi or app Grab to go to/from our place. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Put the garbage in the right place. - Do not turn on the music too loudly to affect the surrounding apartments, please keep quiet after 10pm. - Turn off all electrical equipment when going out to save electricity,prevent fire and protect the environment. - No gambling, no prostitution in the house. Do not use or store stimulants, banned substances, do not use laughing balls in the apartment.
