The space 138 sq.m private house with 2 floors: 1st floor has hall, living room, kitchen, technical room and toilet with sauna and shower. Living room has large sofa bed that can sleep 2 or 3 people, TV with national channels and Netflix, integrated audio system and fireplace. Kitchen has dining table, electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, sandwich grill, kettle, toaster and everything else necessary for cooking. 2nd floor has main bedroom with king size bed (2 meters wide!), tv and large wardrobes. Office has a bed that can be opened to queen size bed. Toddler bedroom has a toddler bed and lots of toys for kids up to age 6 years old. Large bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine with optional dryer function. The private fenced garden has parking space for several cars, kids playing area, terrace with couch and dining table, BBQ grill. The house has optical cable internet and WIFI. Security system. The heating is with central gas heating system and the house is very warm. Fireplace can be used for extra coziness and it will heat up also the bedrooms upstairs if you want.
