Can Pujol is an old barn remodeled into 4 rustic houses, in a typical Empordanés village. Each 80 sq. meter semi-detached house is spread over two floors. For 4 adults + 1 child. They share the large 1,300 m² garden, with a fully fenced pool and a large barbecue under a porch. The best part is its location, in the heart of l'Empordà and the Costa Brava. Our place is ideal for resting from the hustle and bustle and enjoying all that this wonderful region has to offer. The space The house is fully equipped. Outside we find a private porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining. From there we access the first floor where there is the living room, the kitchen office and a toilet. With a rustic, simple and warm style, with all the comforts to spend a few relaxing days. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine. On the second floor, two bedrooms, one double with a double bed of 150X190cm overlooking the garden and pool. Another room with two 90x190cm single beds. And between the rooms there is a bathroom with shower, towels and hairdryer. Guest access All surrounded by a large 1,300m2 community garden with a fenced pool, safe for the little ones, a children's play area and a nice barbecue with a large table and chairs to gather. Chill-out area overlooking the farmland. Other things to note We ask you to behave calmly and respectfully with other guests, without excessive noise from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
