No cleaning fees *Are you traveling with an infant or small child? We have crib/playpen available along with age appropriate toys for young ones to enjoy.* **When checking out, please leave bedroom door open allowing access for our Roomba to clean the floors. This is the only time we will ask you to leave the doors open for it to clean.** Guest access Guest are welcome to enjoy our shared Living Room, Dining Table, Full access to Kitchen, Coffee/Keurig station, Full access to Washer/Dryer. Dishwasher available and/or dish soap and sponges are provided for use. Guest can enjoy our backyard, lounge by our pool or take a swim, take a walk through our backyard filled with many different plants and flowers, enjoy fresh herbs in hot tea (mint, lemon, ginger) or sit around our bar area watching TV. During your stay I am always available if you need me. Due to my work schedule, I may not be able to greet every guest upon arrival however I will meet you as soon as I can. While we are at home, or by phone, we will be happy to attend to any of your questions or concerns. By no means are we unsociable, we just will respect your privacy. We can be as interactive as little or as much as you like during your stay. Other things to note -No parties or events -Must be 25yrs or older to book. Under 25 must be accompanied by 25yr or older guest. -No unregistered guests. Homeowners must be notified of additional guests prior to arrival.
