Whether you only want to spend one night "passing through", a few professional days or your vacation with us - Welcome :-) We as hosts live in the house across the street and are happy to answer your concerns and questions. We offer a total of 2 separate guest rooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen and covered terrace is shared with both guest rooms. Tip: 🌸 In 2026, the National Garden Show will be held in Ellwangen 🌸 The space Pictures say more than words... Look at the listing pictures, then you will see what awaits you :-) The bed is 160 x 200 cm. Guest access The guest room is located in a quiet settlement. Public parking is available along the street (subject to availability). Parking spaces on the premises are NOT part of the guest room. Check-in is flexible via key safe. Other things to note For guests by bike we can provide our compressor & Co. for short-term repairs. Please let us know if needed. Changes starting in April 2026: -> Airbnb has changed the fee structure. Going forward, the service fee will be deducted in full from hosts. That means we haven't raised the prices; instead, we are covering the total of 15.5% service fee + VAT (you have been paying the extra amount to Airbnb since then). Overnight rates have been adjusted accordingly – in the end, you pay the same amount as before. Unfortunately, it is no longer as transparent for you as to what the actual service fee to Airbnb is, as it is “hidden” in the total cost.
