Welcome to our fully renovated and air-conditioned farmhouse with hot tub. Ideal for families and/or employees for short, medium and/or long stays. Spacious and comfortable house, fully equipped for families and teams traveling. Fully air-conditioned, with the possibility of early check-in and late check-out. Indoor and outdoor space dedicated to children Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. A landing with a small sofa bed that can accommodate a teenager or 2 children, and a travel cot. A convertible bed for children. A second bedroom with a large double bed. All in the Arras/Cambrai/Douai triangle, close to Marquion and Vitry-en-Artois, near major highways and train stations. Guest access You have the entire home, courtyard and terrace to yourselves. Check-in is simple and flexible. We live right next door and are usually there to welcome you. You can simply send us a text message about 30 minutes before you arrive. In case of absence, no worries: A smart doorbell and lockbox allow for completely independent check-in. The codes will be sent to you before your arrival. If you wish, you can optionally benefit from early check-in or late check-out upon prior request and subject to availability. Other things to note You will be in a quiet, safe place in a green setting. Several walking trails, strolls and marshes await you.
