Welcome to our home in the village of Castelleone, a love nest where you can relax, spend romantic moments and refresh yourself between a tourist visit and a walk through the olive trees. It is a perfect starting point for those who want to discover Umbria. In a few minutes by car you can easily reach places like Perugia (20 Km), Assisi (30 Km), Spello (30 Km), Bevagna (30 Km), Montefalco (30 Km), Gubbio (60 Km), Orvieto (60 Km), Spoleto (48 Km), Lake Trasimeno (30Km). The space The house features exposed beams, an antique terracotta floor, and stone walls. It is equipped with air conditioning, but the thick walls maintain a cool, natural temperature, which is especially ideal when it's hot outside. The bed is a queen-size bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress and a slatted base. The pillows are also memory foam. Inside the house, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a relaxation area for reading or watching TV, and a private bathroom with a shower equipped with towels and hygiene products. The house has Wi-Fi. Upon your arrival, we will welcome you and will be at your disposal in a discreet manner, while remaining attentive to your requests and all your needs. Guest access The house is on the ground floor and you can park directly in front of the property. Free parking is available throughout the village area. Other things to note Castelleone is a small medieval village from the 1200s where you can breathe an air of peace and quiet. It is surrounded by high walls and towers that testify to its ancient strategic role, in a beautiful panoramic location just a few kilometers from Deruta. As soon as you step through the village gate, you'll feel like you've gone back in time and can immediately enjoy the beauty of this special place. Right from the house, you can enjoy lovely walks in the woods in the shade of the oaks, listening to the sound of cicadas in the summer and breathing in the scents of nature. Spring and fall are also ideal seasons for taking a stroll here and admiring these beautiful hills. A paved road allows you to reach Perugia Vecchia Park (mountain bike trail) at an altitude of 650 meters.
