Welcome to the BodeBude in idyllic Treseburg! The ideal place for nature lovers, hikers, fly fishermen & adventurers. With us you will find peace to recover from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. End a great day of vacation under the stars and start a new day with birdsong & Bode noise. Right in the middle of the Harz mountains – in the fabulous Bode Valley. Vacation can be so beautiful! The space The BodeBude is a small holiday complex on the outskirts of Treseburg. On the property there is a main house with five studios/apartments and two detached bungalows, one of which you will live in. Since the two bungalows are equally equipped, we reserve the right to make the occupancy at our discretion. Your bungalow can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has... * a separate bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200). Bed linen are Included * a living room with a cozy corner couch. If you arrive in groups of three or four, the closet bed (140 x 200) is made up and can easily be folded up during the day. * a dining area with TV, which you can also turn into the living room. * a kitchen equipped as follows: fridge/freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and sufficient dishes & cooking utensils as well as dish towel, sponge and detergent. * a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, soap, hair dryer, toilet paper & towels. * own garden furniture (seasonal): table, chairs & umbrella. Fancy a BBQ? We are happy to provide you with a grill. Guest access In our large guest garden you will also find... * a pavilion that can accommodate up to 10 people for cozy gatherings. * additional comfortable seating as well as sun loungers and a hammock (seasonal). * in summer a ping-pong table and ball & spring games. On the fenced grounds... * One parking space is available per accommodation. Other things to note One price - that's all in! * Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, Airbnb service fee, Wi-Fi, parking, energy costs and much more. * High chair & cot (up to 2 years) - please let us know in advance! What else do you have to pay on site (in cash)? * CITY TAX: April - October €3/adult/night November - March €2/adult/night Children 6 - 17 years old receive a 50% discount Children under 6 years are free If you have a disability card... please don't forget it! You can get a discount on the visitor's tax (depending on the percentage)! * PET FEE: €10/night/animal (but max. €30/stay) !!! Pets are welcome here !!! However, we ask for mutual consideration and therefore the following rules must be observed: * max. 2 animals per room * Leash obligation on the premises * No animals on the beds, sofa, chair, etc. * Animals must not be left alone in the room * Do not dry animals with our towels (We will gladly provide you with extra towels for this) * CATS are NOT allowed * Please request other pets before booking ATTENTION => our rooms are only accessible via a grate staircase!
